Delivery Options and FAQ

UK FREE DELIVERY – Within 8 Working Days - FREE

Deliveries will be made within 2-8 working days after you place your order (excluding Weekends and public Holidays). E.g. If your order is made on a Wednesday, you will receive the delivery no later than the next Thursday on the following week. We aim to despatch the item by the next working day. The cost of UK Super Saver Delivery is FREE and your order will be sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Class in most instances.

Order tracking is not available for Royal Mail deliveries, so please allow up to 8 working days for your delivery to arrive. However in most cases, it arrives within 3-5 working days. Please note that Royal Mail does not deliver on a bank holiday or other public holidays.

If you are not available to receive your parcel at the delivery address, Royal Mail will leave a calling card with details on how you can pick up the parcel from your local Royal Mail collection office.

 

UK STANDARD DELIVERY – Within 4 Working Days - £1.99

Deliveries will be made within 4 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends and Public Holiday]. E.g. If your order is made on a Wednesday, you will receive the delivery no later than Next Monday. We aim to despatch the item by the next working day. The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £1.99 and will be sent out via Royal Mail First Class.

Order tracking is not available for Royal Mail deliveries, so please allow up to 4 working days for your delivery to arrive. We will advise you when your order is being dispatched. Please note that Royal Mail does not deliver on a bank holiday or other public holidays.

Royal Mail delivers at any time between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt.

If you are not available to receive your parcel at the delivery address, Royal Mail will leave a calling card with details on how you can pick up the parcel from your local Royal Mail collection office.

 

UK EXPRESS – Next Day Delivery - £8.95

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery or TNT Express courier service, depending on the product size & weight. E.g If you order by 2pm, Monday to Friday, you will receive your parcel within 48 hours. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your parcel on Tuesday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered within 2 working days after the bank holiday.

The cost of UK Express Delivery is £6.95. The carrier will make the delivery between 7am and 9pm. A signature will be required on receipt. If you are not available to receive your parcel, the carrier may leave it to your neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. Alternatively they will take it back to the local depot either for your collection or the new arranged delivery time.  A calling card will be left through your door for more details.

Please note that the Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes: AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44, AB45, AB51-56, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3.

 

Delivery FAQ:

1. Do you delivery to work addresses?

Yes we do. We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes.

In order to make sure your delivery arrives as soon as possible you should make sure that someone is available to receive your parcel at the address you specify.

 

2. How do I know if my order is dispatched?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. Our team works around the clock so you could receive the email in the day or the night.  If you have any queries please get in touch using our contact page quoting your order number.

 

3. Do you refund the postage?

Unless explicitly specified by us no postage fees will be refunded under any circumstances.  It is a legal requirement that you are responsible for returned goods and for the carriage costs of returning goods to us unless goods are delivered to you in error, or the item was damaged by the courier. Our customers are not charged for the re-delivery of returned items. Your statutory rights are not affected.
